Looking Forward: 2012

For the past 2 years I've been spending all my free time and energy towards a relatively new endeavor, mixed martial arts.  I've set a goal for myself to reach a certain level and that goal has been completed.  MMA, or more specifically ground fighting is my new passion but I am now looking forward to revisiting an old passion which is photography.

Meant to post this a few weeks ago, but I found this guy on my wall when I came home for lunch. Never seen a brown one until this day. He remained on my wall for about a week before he found a new home and left.

LaFayette to Dallas

I did some traveling over the past 2 weeks.  Didn't really have much time for a real photo excursion, so I thought I'd take the camera out on the plane.  I'll begin to make this a regular thing again.  The sky wasn't all that fabulous, but this is the best that I got.

Crystal Bowersox

Crystal is an amazing singer songwriter. Her voice is like an angel, has incredible guitar skills, and some serious songwriting skills. She's also a cutie pie. I whipped up this recording while visiting her and Nicky in Ohio. It was a great night!
